From 405 Fwy North Exit, continue driving straight across Seal Beach. You will see a 4-story brown office building ahead slightly to your left. Continue on that road (which is Old Ranch Parkway, by the way) and our offices are in the 2nd building, on the 3rd floor, at 3020 Old Ranch Parkway. Park in one of the visitor sections and take the bank of elevators to the third floor where our receptionist will greet you.
